To guarantee same day delivery your order must be placed before 1pm New Zealand time. Orders placed after 1pm are generally dispatched the next working day.
Sundays and Public Holidays
Deliveries are not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
We do our best to ensure your order is delivered on schedule but due to courier times and remote areas, same day delivery may not be possible.
An order is delivered by courier and upon drop off a signature is not required. If no one is home flowers and/or gifts will be left on the front door step or somewhere sheltered. However if there are dogs, or the courier cannot access the property the flowers/gift will be returned to Bluebell and we will contact either the recipient or sender to organise pick up or a re-delivery. (A re-delivery could incur an extra charge.)
While we always attempt to create your order as close as possible to the pictured style and/or your specifications, this is not always possible due to seasonal and stock availability. Therefore when necessary we reserve the right to substitute flower types and colours within your order value.
We review our flower prices regularly due to market fluctuations throughout the year. Flowers cost us more in the winter and at peak periods such as Valentines and Mothers Day. At these times unfortunately general bunch size may decrease, but orders are always priced so you receive the maximum size and standard possible in the circumstances.
Prices include GST.
All prices on the Bluebell Florist Website and in our shop are in New Zealand Dollars.
Purchases on the Bluebell Florist Website are redirected to Pay-Pal for the electronic transaction.
We do not have access to credit card details.
Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns on our floral gifts.
If for any reason you are displeased upon receiving an order, please contact us within one working day so we can assess the condition of the flowers before deterioration takes place. We may require the return of the product to ensure replacement.
If you request a cancellation before it is dispatched, a full refund to the card we debited will be made.
While we endeavor to make sure that our Bluebell Florist website is in working order and fault -free, we cannot fully guarantee this; therefore accept no responsibility for any error and/or interruptions of the site. We shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event that any cause beyond our reasonable control renders the provision of our website impractical.
